- 11 ounces Aloe Vera Gel
- 2 ounces Rosemary Hydrosol
- 2 ounces Lemon Honey Floral Water
- 1 ounce Bee’s Milk
- 1 teaspoon Glycerin

Once the powders have dissolved completely, pour the mixture into a large beaker along with the Aloe Vera Gel, Floral Water, and Bee’s Milk. Next, add the Grapefruit Seed Extract and Glycerin and mix well. Carefully pour the spray into spray bottle containers.
Usage & Packaging
This light conditioner can be sprayed onto wet or dry hair for additional softness and shine. We recommend using our 4 oz. or 8 oz. Brushed Aluminum Bottles for this recipe. Sprayer Tops come in Black and White. Although this recipe does include a mild preservative, it should still be used or discarded within 3 months unless an additional preservative is added. For more information on using preservatives, check out the helpful links on our Preservatives page.
Note: Some users may find the scent of Lemon Honey Floral Water to be quite over powering. If you’d prefer a lighter scent, replace all, or a portion of the Floral Water with Distilled Water.

What can be used instead of bee’s milk?
Thanks in advance
The Natural Beauty Workshop says
Hi Vonnie. There aren’t any true substitutes for Bee’s Milk in this kind of recipe, but you could certainly omit it in this case. This will reduce the moisturizing properties of the recipe, and will lighten the texture quite a bit. If you’d like to add another kind of moisturizer, you might consider a 50/50 blend of Polysorbate 20 and your favorite moisturizing hair oil. Argan, Broccoli Seed, Camellia, Ungurahui, or Black Cumin Seed Oil would all be good choices.
