We crafted the following essential oil blends for refreshing mind, body, and spirit!
Because these essential oils blends are made at full-strength using pure essential oils and CO2 extracts it’s important to dilute them before use. Essential Oils (and blends) are typically used at a rate of around 1-3% in skin care formulations, but be sure to check out the usage rate for your specific application every time you make something new! Wake Up Blend
Makes 30 ml (1 ounce)
Ingredients
10 ml Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil
10 ml Yuzu Essential Oil
5 ml Ginger Essential Oil
5 ml Pink Peppercorn Essential Oil
Directions
Carefully measure ingredients and mix well. Store in glass or aluminum.

Maybe I’m misreading the directions but for a 30ml {1 ounce} should I really be adding all the other mls in the recipe?

Hello Rebecca, thank you for your question! The 30 ml total is for the EO blend base itself and is not considered a finished product. You would need dilute the blend before use in your formulations.
