Citrus Myrtle Wax Melts: an energizing blend of citrus, spice, and wood essential oils for wax warmer diffusers.
Wax melts offer an easy way for consumers to bring the pleasure and benefits of aromatherapy into their home. Essential Oils have become wildly popular over the past few years, and offering unique blends for home use is one great way to take advantage of this trend. We love wax melts for their simplicity and ease of customization. Simply swap out any essential oil in this recipe to make it your own.
Beeswax
Our Organic Beeswax makes an excellent base for wax melts. This all natural ingredient is fantastic at holding on to scents. It also melts easily in most warmers and is an ingredient well-known to consumers. If you prefer a plant-based wax, try using our Candelilla Wax instead.
Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Bright, cheerful, and bursting with aroma, our Sweet Orange Essential Oil lays a juicy foundation for our wax melts recipe. In aromatherapy, Sweet Orange Essential Oil is often used to lift spirits and promote a sense of relaxation.
Peruvian Myrtle Essential Oil
The woody, lemony scent of our Peruvian Myrtle Essential Oil is a wonderful compliment to the tart tones of lemongrass, grapefruit, and orange. Peruvian Myrtle is sometimes used in formulations made to support respiratory function and is also great for inspiring a sense of cleanliness and refreshment.
Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil
Our Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil is a sweet tart treat for the senses. Lush and fresh smelling, pink grapefruit is used by aromatherapists in blends meant to relieve stress and encourage well-being.
Lemongrass Essential Oil
The bold aroma of lemongrass is hard to miss! This sharp, green scent is popular for use in energizing blends geared toward focus and clarity. We added lemongrass to our wax melts recipe to help boost the citrusy top notes in our formula.
Andean Mint Essential Oil
Our new Andean Mint Essential Oil packs a serious punch. We only needed to add five drops to our wax melts formula to give it a huge splash of cool mint aroma. Mint is often included in aromatherapy blends meant to stimulate the mind and enhance concentration. It is also widely used to help combat grief, stress, and sadness.
Pink Peppercorn Essential Oil
The warm, spicy scent of Pink Peppercorn Essential Oil gives our wax melts the perfect finishing touch. Often included in energizing aromatherapy blends, peppercorn oils are believed to invigorate the mind and help increase alertness.
